The Opportunity

• Milking 390 cows through a 40 aside herringbone shed
• 5/2 roster providing solid work-life balance
• Competitive $70k package including a tidy 3-bedroom house
• Overseeing daily operations, animal health, and pasture management
• Tractor work, feeding out, general farm maintenance
• Managing calving, mating and implementing herd health plans
• Keeping clear farm records and ensuring H&S compliance

Role Requirements‍

• 2–3 years’ dairy farming experience, ready to step into management
• Good stock sense and pasture knowledge
• Solid communication and record-keeping skills
• Confident working independently and making decisions
• Full driver’s license and able to pass drug testing
