About The Role

‍We’re looking for skilled Civil Labourers to assist with projects across Canterbury. This hands-on role will have you working outdoors, in and around water, and alongside heavy machinery. Prior experience in similar environments is essential.

What You Will Be Doing

• Stripping and replacing timber drains
• Installing new posts and rails
• Working safely around water & machinery
• Contributing to site efficiency & safety

What We Require

• Comfortable working around heavy machinery
• WTR licence
• Experience working in water (gumboots required)
• Carpentry/timber work experience – advantage
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused
• Full driver’s licence & reliable transport
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe (we can assist)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
