What You Will Be Doing:

• Repairing flood-damaged homes – structural and cosmetic work
• Framing, recladding, reinstating insulation and linings
• Installing doors, windows, and internal fixtures
• Working to residential building standards and timelines
• Communicating with supervisors to maintain workflow

What We Require:

• Proven experience in residential carpentry
• Strong knowledge of tools, building techniques, and safety
• Ability to work solo or as part of a small team
• Pride in your workmanship and an eye for detail
• Reliable transport
• Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Own full set of tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
