Scaffold Labourers | Immediate Start

Max People are looking for Scaffold Labourers to join a great team and get stuck into hands-on scaffolding work.

You’ll be working alongside experienced scaffolders, helping with the loading, unloading, erection, adjustment and dismantling of scaffolding equipment.

Previous scaffolding or construction experience is ideal, but it’s not essential. If you’re keen, physically fit, reliable and ready to learn, this could be your opportunity to get your foot on the first rung of the ladder!

What You Will Be Doing

• Loading and unloading scaffolding equipment
• Assisting with erecting, adjusting and dismantling scaffolds
• Supporting experienced scaffolders and co-workers
• Following site safety and company health & safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Communicating effectively with the team
• Getting stuck in and helping wherever needed

What We Require

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Previous scaffolding or construction experience is an advantage
• Scaffolding tickets are a bonus
• Site Safe required – or willingness to complete
• Class 2 licence is an advantage
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
