Manitou Telehandler Operator / Yardperson – Long-Term Project (3 Years)

About The Role:

We’re after an experienced Manitou Telehandler Operator / Yardperson to join a well-organised construction team working on a large-scale, long-term project. Your day-to-day will be a mix of machine operation, deliveries, stores and yard organisation, and pitching in with labouring when needed. If you like variety, being busy, and keeping a site running smoothly – this is the job for you!

What You Will Be Doing:‍

• Operate Manitou telehandler and/or forklift
• Manage site deliveries and material movements
• Keep the yard and stores organised and stocked
• Help with stock control and basic inventory
• Support site crew with general labouring
• Follow all on-site health and safety procedures

‍

What We Require:‍

• Valid NZQA Telehandler ticket or equivalent
• F and/or W licence endorsements
• Proven experience on commercial construction sites
• Reliable, organised and safety-focused
• A great attitude and team-first approach
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
