About The Role:

‍Max People are on the hunt for top-tier Hammerhands/Apprentices to join the crew building ultra high-end architectural homes in stunning Queenstown. These are multi-million-dollar superhomes – think custom builds between $20M–$40M, designed by leading architects.

You’ll be working with a professional, experienced team and living just minutes from the mountains and lake. If you’re after a lifestyle upgrade and serious long-term work, this is your chance. Free, furnished shared accommodation is provided by the builder, and there's 2+ years of consistent project work on the books.

What You Will Be Doing:

What We Require:‍

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building trade
• High-end residential or architectural building experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Long-term commitment (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Familiar with basic carpentry tools and site operations
• Own basic tools
• Physically fit and reliable
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Long-term relocation to Queenstown
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
