Glazing Labourer | Full Training Provided

ABOUT THE ROLE

‍Max People are on the hunt for motivated Glazing Labourers to join a well-established Christchurch glazing crew. If you’ve got a construction background, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, this is your chance to build a solid trade career. You’ll start with full training and work alongside skilled supervisors across residential and commercial projects. This role offers a clear pathway for growth, with the potential to move into an apprenticeship for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Site setup and general labouring
• Cutting, measuring, and installing glass products
• Working on residential and commercial glazing projects
• Assisting tradespeople with installations
• Carting materials and interacting with customers
• Site clean-up and following instructions

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Previous construction-related experience
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Strong attention to health & safety
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Great attitude, motivated and willing to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
