About the Role:

‍Max People are seeking an experienced Formworker to work on a large-scale construction project at Auckland Airport. This is a high-profile infrastructure site offering stable, ongoing work for skilled formworkers.This role involves working across a range of formwork systems on a structured, safety-focused site. It suits a formworker with solid commercial or infrastructure experience who is looking for reliable, long-term work on a high-profile project.

What You Will Be Doing

• Installing, setting out, and striking formwork
• Working with a variety of formwork systems (including Doka, Peri, and traditional)
• Reading and working from plans and drawings
• Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite

What We Require

• Proven experience as a Formworker on commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of multiple formwork systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of site safety requirements
• Clean criminal record (Auckland Airport site requirement)
• Own tools and reliable transport preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
