Foreman - High-End Renovations | Christchurch | $1m+ Projects

About The Role

‍We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead large-scale, high-end renovation projects valued at $1 million+. You’ll be on the tools while managing site activities, supported by experienced Project Managers. This role requires someone who takes ownership, ensures quality and compliance, and coordinates trades to deliver premium results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading site operations on high-end renovation projects
• Working on the tools while managing site activity
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring compliance with the NZ Building Code
• Overseeing quality control and project delivery

What We Require

• Proven experience leading $1m+ renovation projects
• Strong carpentry background with reliable work history
• Hands-on leadership style – not afraid to get stuck in
• Solid knowledge of NZ Building Code and compliance
• Large cladding installation experience (advantageous)
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
