Final Trim Plant Operators - Christchurch

About The Role:

‍Max People are after skilled Final Trim Plant Operators to join our crew working on a range of civil projects throughout Christchurch. You’ll be involved in prepping residential and commercial sites — including kerbs, carparks, and full site scrapes — so we’re looking for experienced operators who can jump on the gear and get it done right.

What You Will Be Doing:‍

• Operating excavators, loaders, compactors, graders, and other plant
• Final trim work on kerbs, carparks, and driveways
• Site scrape and prep for both residential and commercial builds
• Small plant operation and manual labour as required
• Following Traffic Management Plans
• Daily safety and maintenance checks
• Keeping machinery clean and ready for action

What We Require:‍

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plant operation
• W, T, R endorsements
• Proven skill in final trim work
• Physically fit and ready to work
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Full driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Solid understanding of site safety practices
• Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can help you get this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
