About The Role

‍Max People are on the lookout for motivated and reliable Drainage Team Members to join a busy drainage crew. This is your chance to get hands-on and learn the specialist skills needed in 3 Waters – drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater. What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with drainage installation and repairs
• Working alongside experienced drainage operators
• Learning 3 Waters systems – drinking, storm, and wastewater
• Hands-on work outdoors in a team environment

What We Require

• Experience in drainage (residential/commercial) preferred, not essential
• Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
• Current NZ driver’s licence (manual required)
• Ability to pass a police check
• Water reticulation or installation experience an advantage
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
