About The Role

‍Max People are seeking a reliable Drainage Labourer to join busy civil crews working on ongoing drainage and utilities projects at Auckland Airport. This role suits someone with at least 6 months of drainage or civil labouring experience, or hands-on experience assisting with utility installations. You’ll be part of a hardworking team where safety, reliability, and a good attitude matter. What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with drainage and stormwater installations
• Supporting pipe laying, trenching, and backfilling
• Working safely around existing services and utilities
• Using hand tools and small plant
•  Keeping worksites clean and safe

‍What We Require‍

• Minimum 6 months drainage or civil labouring experience or
• Experience assisting with utilities installations (water, stormwater, wastewater, services)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
