About The Role

‍We’re on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join a busy, high-performing construction team delivering projects across Christchurch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved right across the build – from structural work through to finishing touches.

You’ll be working on a range of commercial sites, contributing to quality outcomes while working alongside a solid crew who take pride in what they do.

What You Will Be Doing

• Foundation prep and formwork
• Steel tying and concrete preparation
• Assisting with tilt panel installation
• Setting out and interpreting plans
• Working on apron slabs and concrete works
• Supporting commercial office fit-outs
• Delivering high-quality workmanship
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We Require

• Proven experience as a Commercial Carpenter
• Strong background in formwork and concrete work
• Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
• Experience with tilt panel construction
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a solid work ethic
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
