Class 4 Truck Driver | Rolleston

Max People are looking for an experienced Class 4 Truck Driver to join a busy crew on a large-scale earthworks project in Rolleston.

You’ll be responsible for carting material around site, working safely alongside heavy machinery and jumping out to help with general labouring when required.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, switched on and knows how to look after a truck. If you take pride in keeping your wheels tidy and don’t mind getting your boots dirty when needed, we’d like to hear from you!

‍What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Class 4 trucks across a large-scale earthworks site
• Carting and moving materials around site
• Working safely around excavators, loaders and other heavy machinery
• Assisting with general civil labouring when required
• Keeping your truck clean, tidy and well looked after
• Following site procedures and health & safety requirements
• Working as part of a busy civil crew

What We’re Looking For

• Full NZ Class 4 Driver Licence
• Previous experience on large-scale earthworks or civil sites
• Confident carting materials around site
• Reliable and punctual
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Takes pride in keeping trucks clean and well maintained
• Strong focus on health and safety
• Happy to jump out of the truck and help the crew when required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
