Class 4 & 5 Civil Truck Drivers | Immediate Start

About The Role

We’re seeking experienced Class 4 and Class 5 truck drivers to join busy civil crews in Christchurch and Queenstown. This role involves operating truck and trailer units while also assisting crews on site when required. Perfect for drivers who enjoy being hands-on and part of a civil team.

What You Will Be Doing‍

• Drive truck and trailer units safely and efficiently
• Load, cart, and spread materials across sites
• Operate small plant and machinery (rollers, loaders, compactors, excavators)
• Assist civil crews with general site work when needed
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and work areas in line with instructions
• Follow all site safety procedures

What We Require‍

• Full clean Class 4 or Class 5 NZ driver licence
• Current logbook competency
• Minimum 3+ years heavy vehicle driving experience
• Experience with truck/trailer loading, carting, and spreading
• Civil construction experience preferred
• Willingness to assist with labouring duties
• Strong health and safety focus
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
