You’ll take ownership of daily site operations — managing people, plant, and progress to deliver quality results safely and efficiently. What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing daily site operations and managing on-site teams
• Coordinating plant, people, and materials to meet targets
• Maintaining strong communication with project managers
• Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
• Mentoring and developing your crew

‍

What We Require

• Proven leadership experience in civil construction
• Practical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, or site works
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Full NZ Driver Licence (Class 1–4 + WTR preferred)
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
