About the Role

If you enjoy keeping busy, working outdoors, and finishing the day knowing you've achieved something, this could be the role you've been looking for.

We're recruiting for a Civil Labourer with WTR endorsements for a permanent, full-time position with a respected civil contractor delivering projects across Canterbury. This isn't a short-term assignment—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values reliable, hardworking people.

No two days are the same. You could be assisting with drainage installation, preparing new subdivisions, spotting machinery, supporting pipe layers, operating small plant, or lending a hand wherever the crew needs you most.

It's a varied, hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn new skills, and contribute to projects that help shape Canterbury's growing communities.

If you've got a strong work ethic, enjoy working as part of a team, and want the stability of permanent employment with opportunities to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
