Civil Labourer | Queenstown | Immediate Start

About The Role

‍We are currently looking for a reliable Civil Labourer to join a civil construction project based in Queenstown, starting around 24 March. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large infrastructure project with consistent work available through to September.You will initially assist with the installation of erosion and sediment control systems before moving into general civil labouring duties supporting earthworks crews and machine operators on site.This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and takes pride in contributing to a productive and safe worksite.

What You Will Be Doing‍

• Installing erosion and sediment control measures
• Assisting with earthworks and civil construction tasks

• Moving materials, tools, and equipment around site
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Attending toolbox meetings and following site safety procedures

What We Require‍

• Previous construction or civil labouring experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good understanding of site safety
• Ability to work well within a team
• Own transport to get to site preferred
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
