Civil Allrounders | Major Drainage Project

About the Role

We’re hiring Civil Allrounders to support a major multi-year drainage infrastructure project in Christchurch. This is a hands-on role where every day is different — you’ll be assisting drainage and carpentry crews, spotting machinery, and helping keep the site running smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting drainage and carpentry crews
• Spotting machinery and assisting operators
• Operating small plant/basic machinery
• Site preparation, clean-up, and safety support
• Traffic control and general labouring tasks

What We Require

• Broad civil or infrastructure experience
• WTR endorsements and Class 1–2 licence preferred
• Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused
• Local travel flexibility (Christchurch)
• Site Safe or Construct Safe (we can assist)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
