‍Max People are seeking skilled Carpenters and a hands-on Working Foreman to join our client’s team, building some of Christchurch’s most prestigious homes. From architectural hill builds in Redcliffs to luxury residences in Merivale, you’ll be working on projects where craftsmanship, precision, and pride in workmanship come first. What You Will Be Doing

Working Foreman:‍

• Leading from the tools – coordinating and supervising site crews
• Ensuring quality and attention to detail on every build
• Overseeing health & safety and site operations

‍

Carpenters:‍

• Carrying out framing, finishing, and detailed carpentry on premium homes
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship

What We Require

• Working Foreman:
  
  • Experienced builder with proven leadership skills
  • Strong background in high-end residential projects
  • Eye for detail and ability to deliver quality outcomes
• Carpenters:
  
  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience on architectural or high-end homes
  • Team player, reliable, motivated
• All Applicants Must Have:
  
  • Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
