Max People are on the hunt for experienced Residential Carpenters to join a hardworking crew with plenty of new builds on the go.

From standalone homes to multi-unit developments, there's a solid pipeline of work and no shortage of timber to swing a hammer at! We're after carpenters who know their trade, take pride in their workmanship and enjoy being part of a crew that gets the job done properly.

• $32–$35 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on residential new builds from framing through to finishing
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Installing framing, flooring, roofing structures and finishing elements
• Measuring, cutting and assembling materials accurately
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Working independently and alongside other trades
• Keeping sites safe, tidy and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential carpentry experience
• Confident working on new builds and multi-unit developments
• Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of building practices and site safety
• Own tools and reliable transport
• A good work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, motivated and a team player
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
