About The Role
Max People are on the lookout for skilled Carpenters to join our client’s upcoming interior fitout projects in Christchurch. We have three tradesman-level positions available across two commercial sites starting Wednesday, 19th November. You’ll be working on high-end retail and office fitouts where attention to detail is critical. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Interior fitout carpentry and finishing work
• Working to plans and specifications
• Installations, framing, trims, and hardware
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship on fast-paced sites

What We Require

• NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter or proven comparable experience
• Proven commercial or retail fitout experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• EWP and Site Safe are essential
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
