What our candidates say about us

I had a 5 Star experience with Max People. Genuine, transparent, friendly, supportive and dedicated in helping me to find a job as well as overcome the "Catch 22 Hurdle". The team took time to understand my Electrical Engineering Trade skills, what I was looking for, what the hiring company was looking for and therefore secured a good match. Thank you a 1000 times to Trina, Gavin, Sophie and everyone at Max People who helped me in writing my success story. I recommend other trade persons to check with Max People for placements.

I would like to Thank Max People especially Trina for managing to pick up my CV in the first place, contacting me and managed to link me up with the Employer that highered me. It was really a journey which I started in 2020 few days before the first March heavy lockdowns in South Africa when I applied for my EWRB registration. All my hopes wered locked up in 2020 then resumed my job search in June 2022 when New Zealand promised to open borders in June.

I just want to thank Sara Burgess for all her hard work. She was easy to deal with, got back to me quickly when I had any questions, she was friendly, very helpful and even answered my call when she was sick with Covid. This is the 1st time for me to deal with a recruiting agency and Sara made it a good experience. So, thank you Sara!
