An overview of our Quality Management Policy:

Max People operates a QMP that primarily aims at achieving complete satisfaction by meeting client's requirements through the application of the policy, continuous improvement of the policy and prevention of the occurrence of non-conformities.

The policy is based on internationally accepted standards such as ISO 9001:2008 and focuses on good quality principles and best practices.

Quality Management Policy

Max People's quality policy objective is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients. This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing and potential clients.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is regularly communicated to our employees and reviewed by the Management Team for its continued suitability.

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the QMS with routine operation controlled by the General Manager and Health and Safety Management team.

The objectives of the Quality Assurance Policy are:

  • To maintain an effective Quality Management Policy to meet requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard
  • To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company’s reputation with clients
  • To ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, statutory and safety requirements.
  • Periodically reviewing the performance of the Management Policy and our quality objectives
  • To continually improve the effectiveness of the QMP by adopting this philosophy, the clients of Max People will be assured of an excellent standard of completed projects and services in accordance with specifications and contracts
