About The Role: We are on the hunt for a switched-on Labourer with a strong construction background to assist our Site Manager on a busy project in Hornby. You’ll be assisting with inductions, managing deliveries, and keeping the site running smoothly. From toolbox talks to managing site waste, this role has it all – perfect for a go-getter ready to take charge and grow their leadership skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting with inductions and monitoring daily sign-ins
• Coordinating site deliveries and logistics
• Managing site housekeeping and site protection
• Handling general admin tasks like updating hazard boards and ensuring PPE compliance
• Managing labour and providing direction on site

What We Require:

• Hands-on site experience in construction
• Proactive with strong leadership skills
• Great communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong awareness & commitment to H&S
• Class 1 drivers license & reliable transport
• Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
