What you will be doing:

  • Assemble and sand cabinets to a high standard.
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings for cabinet making and joinery.
  • Utilize a variety of materials including HPL, LPL, veneers, MDF, solid timber, PVC, acrylics, glues, fixings, hardware, and different finishes.
  • Work on a variety of projects including kitchens, laundry rooms, and wardrobes.
  • Assist with joinery installations, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Apply joinery techniques in crafting and assembling wood structures and components.

What We Require:

  • 3 years Proven experience in joinery manufacturing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
  • Ownership of a basic tool kit (cordless drills and basic hand tools; power tools and PPE will be supplied by the company).
  • Good understanding of machinery and tooling related to cabinet making and joinery.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
