About The Role:
As a HIAB Driver based in Christchurch, you’ll be an essential part of our growing team. You’ll operate a Hi-Ab truck to transport and deliver materials safely and efficiently. This full-time role is perfect for someone who’s got the right mix of experience, qualifications, and dedication.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Safely operating a HIAB truck to transport and deliver materials
- Loading and unloading goods using the HIAB crane, ensuring secure placement
- Delivering heavy goods to site
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of the HIAB truck and crane
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies during operations
- Communicating effectively with site managers and team members to ensure timely deliveries
- Completing delivery paperwork and logs as required
What We Require:
- Valid Class 4 or Class 5 driver’s license
- HIAB ticket (mandatory) US16617
- 3 years of driving experience on Class 2/4 trucks
- Experience operating a HIAB crane is essential
- Strong understanding of load security and weight distribution
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Strong awareness for all things H&S
- Valid Site Safe is ideal - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug Test
