About The Role:

Max People is searching for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team based in Wanaka. As a Grader Operator, you'll play a crucial role in operating heavy machinery with precision and contributing to the success of projects in the Wanaka region.‍

Wages: $34.00 - $39.00

What You Will Be Doing:‍

• Operate a grader with precision and efficiency.
• Perform care and maintenance of machinery.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What We Require:‍

• 2+ years of experience as a Grader Operator.
• Current NZ Class 2 Drivers License with WTR endorsements (Class 4 would be ideal).
• Current Site Safe card - we can assist with this
• Physically fit for the demands of the role.
• Positive can-do attitude and good communication skills.
